Our editors

Academic Research Editors was founded by an experienced UK academic with a DPhil (doctorate) degree from Oxford University and more than twelve years’ experience as a lecturer and senior academic manager in UK “top ten” and elite research intensive “Russell Group” universities. He is currently working on a major new publication for Cambridge University Press and is also contracted as a copy editor by Cambridge University Press.

During the past five years we have greatly expanded our pool of qualified editors so that we can now cover most subject areas in the sciences, social sciences, arts and humanities. Our editors are all native English speaking PhD holders with demonstrable experience in proofreading and editing positions and with the academic credentials to be able to offer informed insights into our customers’ research.
